Reservations & Payment: Prepayment for reservation is required at least 72 hours in advance. Payment options are here.
Please ensure your reservation is accepted by the Market Manager before payment is made.
Drop-ins will be accommodated if there is space available. Note – rates increase by $2 within 72 hours prior to the market.
Cancellations: If you have to cancel, you may use your credit towards another month, or receive a refund ONLY if you cancel at least 72 hrs before the market (so we can try to fill your spot).
No refunds or credit will be given after the 72 hr deadline.
In the event of a personal or family emergency, exceptions may be arranged with the Market Manager.
Set up: Vendors must be set up in their booths by 8.00 am or forfeit their space. Vendors must be ready to sell by 8.00 am.
Shut Down: Vendors must not start packing up until 12.00 pm.
Tables: Each vendor is responsible for putting away their own table(s) and chair(s). If you are physically unable, please ask someone to help you.
Prepared Food Vendors: All vendors selling prepared food must have a copy of their Foodsafe 1 Certificate The Foodsafe course is about preventing the transmission of foodborne illness, & also about worker safety on the job. People who prepare, serve and clean up food should take the course for the safety of their customers & for their own safety.
All food items must be packaged, even small ones.
Displays No nails or other hanging devices used on walls. Green painter’s tape only.
Walkways in front of & around tables must remain clear. Table items must be kept within the table perimeter, you are renting your table space only (6′ or 8′ x 2.5′). If you are against a wall, you may have space for something behind your table, but only if it does not interfere with another vendor.
If you have a rack or display that will not fit within the space you have rented, please talk to the market manager about renting a space that will work for you. We are here to help.
Atmosphere: We aim to have an atmosphere that everyone can enjoy, buyers & vendors alike. We all try our best to keep it that way, & we reserve the right to ask someone to leave if necessary.
Loading/Unloading Zone: Vehicles may unload at the 2 side doors. All vehicles must be cleared from the entrances and parked on the outskirts of the parking lot by 8.00 am.
