Artist Application Form & Fees

ARTISTS – Here’s how & where to submit your application, photos and payment:

  • Submit your completed application and (3) photos by July 15 via email to: route19a.arts@gmail.com. Please add “Application” to the Subject Line.
  • Pictures must be saved in JPEG (jpg) format and identified by Artist last name and photo number. Example: Logan1.jpg, Logan2.jpg, Logan3.jpg
  • If sending by post mail, send 3 printed photographs and completed application to Lighthouse Community Centre Society, 240 Lions way, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 2EZ
  • E-Transfer fees to: treasurer@lighthousehall.ca. Please put in your comments that the payment is for the Studio Tour, Exhibit/ Sale or both. If you choose to send a cheque, address to Lighthouse Community Centre Society, 240 Lions way, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K2EZ
  • NOTE: ‘Studio Tour’ fees must be paid with the application submission. ‘Juried Exhibition’ fees are due after you receive an acceptance notice and not later than Aug 15th, 23.
